Fraud Reporting

Report through official channels

Reporting creates an official record, supports bank disputes, and feeds intelligence that can disrupt the people responsible. The bodies below are external official resources.

Independent service. FraudGuard Recovery & Cyber Safety is an independent private service. We are not a law enforcement agency, government body, bank, regulator or law firm, and we have no government affiliation. We do not guarantee the recovery of lost funds. Outcomes depend on the circumstances of each case and on the institutions involved.

Before you file a report

A short amount of preparation makes the report far more useful.

  • Have your timeline of events and total losses ready
  • List every payment: date, amount, method, beneficiary or wallet address
  • Note names, aliases, websites, phone numbers and account handles used
  • Have your bank case reference to hand, if you already have one
  • Save a copy of your submission and its reference number
  • Report to the platform, exchange or marketplace involved as well

Official channels by country

Links open external government or law-enforcement sites. FraudGuard is not affiliated with any of these organizations.

If your country is not listed, search for your national police service, financial regulator or consumer protection authority, and use the contact details published on their own official website. Do not rely on links sent to you by anyone else.
